Tarrifs for piloting seagoing ships and maritime-fluvial ships on the Danube sector between Sulina Maritime roadsted and Braila (km 175) and the ports in-between

I. Piloting of ships at arrival in or departure from Sulina port (crossing Sulina Bar):

VII. Use of pilot boats for pilots landing in case the ships remain anchored in the roadstead of the Romanian destination ports Sulina, Tulcea, Galati, Braila or for ships going out of the area where piloting is mandatory, i.e. Nm 44, Km 175 and Reni port roadstead:

VIII. Mooring or unmooring the ship, for each operation:

X. Presence of piermen without rendering the service is charged by 10 USD/hr/man

 

Application instructions

  1. For services rendered on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, tariffs are increased by 10% (from Friday 18:00 to 6:00 hrs or similar).
  2. For services rendered for ships carrying dangerous goods, the tariffs are increased by 15%.
  3. For the services rendered for ships not having the main engine running, the tariffs are increased by 100%. For manoeuvres performed "on the line", the tariffs under paragraphs II and V are reduced by 50%.

Remark: Apart from the situations stipulated under paragraph VII, the use of pilot boats for boarding - unboarding pilots will not be charged separately, its value being included in the above tariffs.
